Mobile Notary Pricing

I provide mobile and remote notarizations throughout the area. Most appointments take 15–30 minutes. I will always confirm the total cost with you before traveling.

Notarial Fees (Oregon State Law)

$10 per notarized signature

(Oregon law sets the maximum fee a notary may charge per notarization.)

Mobile Appointment (Travel to You)

Local Mobile Visit: $45
(includes travel to homes, hospitals, offices, or care facilities within the service area)

Extended Distance Areas: $65+
(I will quote the total in advance based on location)

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

$25 per notarized signature
$20 secure platform session fee

(No travel required — meet by secure video call.)
